Polar Express Heating & Air was the name given to the HVAC division of Austin Plumbing when it acquired Haselow Plumbing & Heating in May of 2009.
Polar Express Heating & Air operated out of our Hartland location at 530 Norton Drive and was merely the HVAC division of Austin. Same ownership, same management and same client service teams.
The Polar Express name was chosen to tie together the polar winters of Wisconsin, the cool air our air conditioners deliver and the speed in which we provide our services to our clients. Hence the name Polar Express Heating and Air.

The Polar Express Heating & Air division had run side by side with Austin Plumbing for almost 12 years when it became apparent that what was intended to be a clever brand name in 2009 was causing confusion for our clients. The entire time, although we had two different names- Polar Express Heating & Air and Austin Plumbing Company- we were really one company. To make things easier for our clients and to really align the direction our company was headed, we sunsetted the name Polar Express Heating and Air and combined Austin and Polar together as- Austin Plumbing, Heating & Air. We developed service badges to illustrate all of the different services that Austin delivers to Southeastern Wisconsin. Many of our clients loved the cute polar bear in the Polar Express logo, so when we developed our new Heating, Air and Boiler service badge we made sure to include the polar bear.
