To Team Austin, our current clients, future clients, and future team members-
I am proud, honored and humbled to announce that Austin Plumbing Company and Polar Express Heating and Air has completed the acquisition of The Luke N. Reuter Co., Inc. in Germantown Wisconsin and will begin serving clients out of this second location starting 01/01/2021.
The Luke N. Reuter Co., Inc has been providing plumbing and heating service and repairs to the Germantown, Menomonee Falls, and Washington County area since 1939. Their business is built on the same foundation of client dedication, craftsmanship, work ethic, and values that thrive in our business and culture today making the merger of The Luke N. Reuter Co., Inc and Austin a natural and seamless way to continue to serve existing Reuter clients, existing Austin clients, and many new Washington county clients out of this second location.
The previous owners of Reuter (Don, Bob, and Judy) had many options with who to trust their business and clients to. Being selected to continue the stewardship of another 80+ year old company, its clients, and have the opportunity to expand our market and team into a second location is an honor and a testament to our heritage, culture, values and most importantly how we serve our clients and communities!
I take great pride in knowing that the Team at Austin Plumbing and Polar Express will take great care of the Luke N. Reuter client base and will be well received in the Germantown and Washington County community by continuing to provide plumbing, heating, air conditioning, boiler, well and pump, water conditioning and drain service with the craftsmanship, dedication, and values that built Austin and Reuter over 80 years ago.
