I purchased a furnace and A/C unit 4 years ago from Austin Plumbing. I also purchased their service plan and they come out twice a year to make sure everything is running at peak performance. I recently had an issue with my A/C unit. Troy came out the next day and got it going right away no problems.Troy was also one of their employees that installed my units.Troy is the ultimate professional. He cares about the customer and takes the time to understand. Troy does a great job representing Austin Plumbing and their values. In my humble opinion this is a company you can trust that will deliver a quality product and quality service. Yes I highly recommend them, their products and services.
Don installed a new water heater and water softener. His work is meticulous, neat and surprisingly fast. Within four hours I had hot water as well as a few system corrections required from previous contractors. When he left, I felt more confident about the equipment and the gas services powering them. I know I will be using Austin again for maintenance and additional projects that were cited during Don’s visit. The entire visit was a delight and success!
Dino came last week for plumbing inspection. He checked that every was in good working order. He explained the things he was looking for, and when he found an issue he explained the options.
Dan came and did the sump pump replacement efficiently. The wash machine hose replacement on was just as quick.
While Dan was finishing, Vinny came to do heating system tune up. He replaced necessary part and cleaned out dryer vent hose.

This was our first time using Austin plumber and I’m sure glad we did! Pete came out and installed a new shower head/ and turn nob. He also had to fix a cracked pipe. Not only was he very professional and friendly he did an amazing job! He finished in a more than timely manner and was extremely polite! After he was finished and I checked everything out I offered to clean up and he told me no worries and cleaned up! I am extremely satisfied with Austin plumbing and Pete!!
